About the Product:

1. Are your products all vegan?

Yes, the enhanced leather and Italian Alcantara we used are both formulated without any ingredients from animal origin.

2. What does "one-steering-one-template" mean?

Our products are highly customized steering wheel covers. To develop a new product, we have to purchase a used steering wheel from auto parts stores to measure the needed size data. Then our product development department will design the product based on the steering wheel measurement data in our hand. After a few weeks of testing, we’ll put the new product on our online store and start selling.

3. Can your products be applied to any car models worldwide?

Nope, our products can be applied to over 90% of car models worldwide, and there are still some car models that our products cannot be applied to. The used steering wheel of new car models that were released recently, for example, is not supposed to be found in auto parts stores. For a steering wheel like this, it is much more difficult to purchase a used steering wheel and get access to the needed measurement data for new product development.

About the Order Placing:

1. I don't have a photo of my steering wheel, is it Okay to upload a photo I found on the Internet?

We sincerely suggest you upload a front-view photo of your steering wheel so that we can confirm the type, status, and other details of your steering wheel. That would be greatly helpful for us to manufacture a 100% perfectly fit steering wheel cover for your car.

2. There is a broken or damaged part of my steering wheel, what should I do before placing my order?

Please make sure the image you uploaded is the true front-view photo of your steering wheel. Our team will recognize these "special steering wheels" based on the image you uploaded during the order processing procedure. In order to offer a perfect fit product to you, we might ask you to take measurements of your steering wheel before manufacturing, please note.

About the Payment:

1. What kind of payment method can I use to buy your products?

We accept payments through PayPal, as well as Visa, Discover, American Express, and Mastercard credit cards, and other payment methods are under development.

About the Shipping:

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we offer free shipping to all around the world. The logistics service providers will differ in different regions.

3. How about the delivery time?

The custom steering wheel cover is a highly customized product, and we need 2-3 working days to produce it after confirming your orders. We are going to ship your orders with standard free shipping, which is estimated to take 15-20 working days to arrive at your place. If you want it to arrive earlier, you could choose the FedEx shipping method, which is estimated to take 5-7 working days to arrive at your place. Of course, FedEx shipping requires you to pay an extra shipping fee.

4. If I found the product damaged or broken when I opened the package, what should I do?

First of all, please let us highlight that our products will be inspected over three times(two times in the production process and at least one time in the packaging process) before dispatching. Therefore, the possibility of damaged or broken products is close to zero.
If you found the product damaged or broken when opening, please feel free to contact us immediately. We will arrange a remake product or refund after checking.

About the Installation:

1. How long does it take to sew a steering wheel cover on my car?

For a new beginner, the whole sewing process usually takes 2-3 hours. The sewing process is not too difficult to finish, and the key is patience. You can check our official YouTube channel and the attached installation manual for reference.

2. My sewing skills are not good, and I have cut the sewing thread several times to adjust the steering wheel cover. Is it possible to run out of sewing thread?

No worry. There are two rolls of sewing thread in each package, which are enough for sewing two sets of steering wheel covers.

3. I have installed a universal steering wheel cover on my car. Should I take off it before installing the product?

Exactly. Our products are manufactured based on the measurement data of the original steering wheel we bought from the auto parts stores, so please take off the universal steering wheel cover before installing our products to reach a 100% perfect fit.

4. Is it necessary to use double-sided tape to install the product?

For new beginners, we suggest using double-sided tape to fix the position of the product before the sewing step. Without the help of double-sided tape, the product might slide during the sewing step, which will cause wrinkles on the product.

5. What I can find in my parcel?

You could find a piece of steering wheel cover, a piece of installation manual, and a set of installation kit which includes two rolls of sewing threads, a stitching needle, a small plastic blade for trim tucking, a double-sided adhesive tape, and a thimble.
